EngageLab DKIM Configuration Guide

Setting up your EngageLab DKIM record is crucial to ensuring your emails reach inboxes without being flagged or blocked. DKIM cryptographically signs emails sent from EngageLab, allowing receiving mail servers to verify their authenticity and reducing the risk of spoofing while improving deliverability.

This quick step-by-step guide walks you through configuring DKIM in EngageLab and verifying that your DNS is correctly set up.

Steps to Set Up EngageLab DKIM Record

  2. On the left-side menu, navigate to Send Settings > Domain

  1. On the Domain page, click on Add Sending Domain

  1. Add your domain name (e.g. company.com) and click on the settings icon

  1. Copy the DKIM record and paste it into your DNS management console

  1. Once you have saved your DKIM record and allowed the DNS to propagate the changes, head back over to your EngageLab portal and click on “Configuration check”.
