Creating DKIM Record for Automizy

To set up DKIM for custom domains, follow these steps

1. Login to your Automizy account
2. Go to settings and select “Domain manager”
3. Add your domain name
4. Click on “Authenticate”
5. The DKIM TXT record will be automatically generated
6. Publish the TXT record on your DNS for that domain

Publishing your DKIM public key for Automizy

After you get your public key from Automizy’s account or generate it online: 

1. Login to your DNS provider’s management console as the admin
2. Navigate to the DNS records section 
3. Create a TXT or CNAME record depending on the type of DKIM record provided to you
4. Copy and paste the hostname and value
5. Save changes to your record and wait for 48-72 hours for your DNS to process these changes
