How to Set Up DKIM for Kayako?

Enabling DKIM signing for your domains can help you keep your email content intact throughout the delivery process, barring threat actors from accessing and altering your emails. This helps preserve your identity and eradicate spam and phishing attacks. 


Creating DKIM Record for Kayako

Mailpoet supports DKIM signing for custom domains. Here are steps to setup DKIM

  1. Login to Kayako admin account
  2. Click email and switch to settings tab
  3. Check the use DKIM to authenticate box and save to enable DKIM
  4. Go to your DNS provider and add the three CNAME records given below

email.[YOURDOMAINNAME].com, pointing to email.kayako.com

s1._domainkey.[YOURDOMAINNAME].com, pointing to s1._domainkey.kayako.com

s2._domainkey.[YOURDOMAINNAME].com, pointing to s2._domainkey.kayako.com
