Creating a DKIM record for Robly
- Login to your Robly account
- On the dashboard select My Account > Settings > Branding
- Click on Add New Brand
- Fill in the criteria (Brand name, domain and link subdomain)
- Click on the Save button
- Once done, you will be presented with 4 records that you need to publish on your DNS to activate DKIM
Publishing your DKIM public key for Robly
After you get your public key from Robly:
- Login to your DNS provider’s management console as the admin
- Navigate to the DNS records section
- Create 1 TXT and 3 CNAME records, as generated by Robly
- Copy and paste the hostnames and values
- Save changes to your record and wait for 48-72 hours for your DNS to process these changes
