Creating DKIM Record for EmailOctopus
EmailOctopus uses Amazon SES as their email system
- Login to your AWS dashboard
- Scroll down to Verified Identities
- Click on Create Identity
- If you scroll down on this page, you should be able to see the DKIM CNAME records that you need to publish
Publishing your DKIM public key for EmailOctopus
After you get your public key from EmailOctopus:
- Login to your DNS provider’s management console as the admin
- Navigate to the DNS records section
- Create CNAME records
- Copy and paste the hostnames and values
- Save changes to your record and wait for 48-72 hours for your DNS to process these changes
