This guide explains how to configure DKIM records for your Hostpoint domain. Adding email authentication records strengthens email security, prevents spoofing, and improves deliverability.
Step 1: Enable DKIM in Hostpoint
Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel.
Navigate to Email & Cloud Office.
3. Click Display Cloud Office Groups.
4. Select Create Cloud Office Group.
5. Enter your domain name and click Create.
6. Go to Enhanced Protection and click the Edit icon.
7. Turn on the toggle for DKIM.
8. Wait a few minutes for three DKIM records to be generated.
Step 2: Add DKIM Records in DNS
Log in to your DNS provider (e.g., Hostpoint DNS, Cloudflare, GoDaddy).
Open the DNS Management section.
For each DKIM record:
Record type: TXT
Name/Host: Copy from Domain text shown in Hostpoint
Value/Content: Copy the DKIM key value from Hostpoint
Save the record.
Repeat until all three DKIM records are added.
Step 3: Verify DNS Records

Wait up to 24–48 hours for DNS propagation.
Confirm records show as valid.
