DKIM gives email recipients the ability to see where emails are coming from. Mail sent with DKIM is verified by the recipient before being read. The security measure prevents service providers from passing on your messages, which can not only save you money but also boost the professional image of your business.
Enabling DKIM for turboSMTP
Contact your turboSMTP support team to get your DKIM keys and enable DKIM authentication for your domains.
You need to create 2 DKIM TXT records in your domain’s DNS, pointing to the following hostnames as shown in the image below:
The value is unique for every domain, hence in the value field, you need to copy and paste the contents of the DKIM record provided to you by turboSMTP.
Save changes to your record and give it up to 72 hours to get activated.
Finally, lookup and validate the published DKIM DNS record using our free DKIM record lookup tool. Enable DMARC for your domains to protect against spoofing. Sign up for a DMARC trial today!
