DKIM is a method for verifying the integrity and origin of email communication. It lets a party assert ownership of a message using a cryptographic signature that a receiver can verify. To enable DKIM for Docebo follow the steps below.
Generating DKIM Records for Your Domain on Docebo
Login to your Docebo Docebo as the super admin.
Scroll your mouse on the Gear icon to access the Admin Menu and then click on the Advanced Settings in the Settings section.
Click on Manage DKIM keys in the Email Preference Settings.
Press on the Plus Button in the top right corner to generate the DKIM records for your domain.
Enter the name of the domain for which you want to generate the DKIM record, and then press on Generate Keys.
Copy the generated DKIM keys to your clipboard.
Publishing the DKIM keys through DNS:
Log in to your DNS management console
Create a TXT record in your DNS with the title : <selector>._domainkey.<yourdomainname.com> for example: s1._domainkey.yourdomainname.com
In the section allotted for the TXT record value, paste the copied contents of the DKIM public key.
Click Save.
Click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the domain row and then click on the Verify & Activate button to complete the association process between your domain and DNS server. (Note: Until the last step is not completed the DKIM security for the selected domain will not be enabled )
