How to Set Up DKIM for Docebo?

DKIM is a method for verifying the integrity and origin of email communication. It lets a party assert ownership of a message using a cryptographic signature that a receiver can verify. To enable DKIM for Docebo follow the steps below.

Generating DKIM Records for Your Domain on Docebo

  • Login to your Docebo Docebo as the super admin.

  • Scroll your mouse on the Gear icon to access the Admin Menu and then click on the Advanced Settings in the Settings section.

  • Click on Manage DKIM keys in the Email Preference Settings.

  • Press on the Plus Button in the top right corner to generate the DKIM records for your domain.

  • Enter the name of the domain for which you want to generate the DKIM record, and then press on Generate Keys.

  • Copy the generated DKIM keys to your clipboard.

Publishing the DKIM keys through DNS:

  • Log in to your DNS management console

  • Create a TXT record in your DNS with the title : <selector>._domainkey.<yourdomainname.com> for example: s1._domainkey.yourdomainname.com

  • In the section allotted for the TXT record value, paste the copied contents of the DKIM public key.

  • Click Save.

  • Click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the domain row and then click on the Verify & Activate button to complete the association process between your domain and DNS server. (Note: Until the last step is not completed the DKIM security for the selected domain will not be enabled )

  • Lookup and validate the published DKIM DNS record using this free DKIM record lookup tool
