DKIM makes use of technology that adds a DKIM signature to each email you send, helping to verify that an email came from your business. This allows recipients to trust that an email was sent from your business, and has not been tampered with between when it was sent and received.
You can enable DKIM signing for your emails sent using ChargeDesk by following these instructions.
Creating a DKIM Record for ChargeDesk
Log in to your ChargeDesk account as an admin
Navigate to Setup > Emails
Click on the Generate SPF & DKIM Records button
ChargeDesk will generate a unique DKIM record for your domain. The record type will be TXT and you can copy and paste the host and record values in your DNS to enable DKIM signing for ChargeDesk.
Once your DNS is done processing the changes (in 48-72 hours), you need to click the "Verify Records" button to verify your DKIM record. This step is mandatory.
Additionally, you can check your DKIM record for errors using our free DKIM record lookup tool to make sure it has no errors.
