An SPF record can save your domain from spam and phishing by allowing you to keep a record of your authorized sources. Apptivo highly recommends their customers set up SPF for their respective domains. Here’s how you do it:

Creating SPF record for Apptivo:

Here are the steps to set up SPF for Apptivo:

• Log in to Apptivo account 
• Navigate to your name at the top right corner and choose business settings
• Click on email deliverability and click “create” button
• You will be redirected to the page to enable SPF/DKIM
• Enable “ Display your email address as sender address from SPF/DKIM information”
• Add your domain name and click generate SPF/DKIM records
• The SPF syntax for Apptivo looks like

mydomain.com    TXT  v=spf1 mx include:spf.apptivo.com -all

• Publish this record in your DNS records section for your respective domain. 
• Once the TXT record have been published, you will see the UI as shown in the image below
