An SPF record can save your domain from spam and phishing by allowing you to keep a record of your authorized sources. Omnisend highly recommends their customers set up SPF for their respective domains. Here’s how you do it:
- The value for Omnisend's SPF record is: v=spf1 include:mailgun.org ~all
- Domain owners who do not have an existing SPF record need to publish the above as a new record.
- For domain owners with an existing SPF record for the same domain need to update their record by authorizing Mailgun (simply add include:mailgun.org to the current record).
Save changes to your record and wait for a few hours for your DNS to process these changes. Finally, you can check your Omnisend SPF record using our SPF record lookup tool.
