How to Set Up SPF for HubSpot?

SPF stands for Sender Policy Framework. It is an email authentication protocol used to verify if the email received is sent by a genuine sender. To set up SPF for HubSpot, follow these steps:

1. Log in to HubSpot.

2. Go to settings.

3. Navigate to “Content” > “Domains & URLs.”

4. Click “Connect a domain.”

5. Choose “Email Sending” and click “Connect.”

6. Enter and verify your email, then click “Next.”

7. Copy the SPF DNS record details.

8. Paste into your domain’s DNS settings.

Note: Update an existing SPF record with “include:(required data).” If none exists, create a new one.

Finally, you can look up your record using our SPF record lookup tool, and enable DMARC for your domains: take a DMARC trial.
