Setting Up Your Profile Page


Your PowerDMARC profile page is where you can manage your personal information, security settings, and preferences for language and time format. Setting up your profile correctly helps personalize your experience on the platform and keeps your account secure.


Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your PowerDMARC Portal.

  2. In the top-right corner of the dashboard, click on your profile name.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.



This will open your profile page, where you can view and update your personal details, preferences, and account settings.



Personal Information

Under the Personal Information section, you can:

  • Edit your full name to reflect the correct display name across the platform.

  • Change your password for enhanced security.

  • Add or update your phone number to ensure timely notifications and authentication support.

Once the changes are made, don’t forget to save them.


Language and Region

The Language and Region settings help customize your interface and date/time preferences based on your location.
 You can configure:

  • Interface Language: Choose your preferred default language.

  • Timezone: Set the correct timezone for accurate report timestamps.

  • Date Format: Select between formats like MM/DD/YYYY.

  • Time Format: Choose between a 12-hour or 24-hour display.

  • Start of the Calendar Week: Set your calendar to start on either Sunday or Monday, based on your preference.

  • Make sure to save the changes.



Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Security is a top priority at PowerDMARC.
 In this section, you can:

  • Enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.

  • Manage Trusted Devices — view or remove devices you’ve previously marked as trusted.


We highly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access.


Delete Account

If you wish to permanently remove your account, you can do so under the Delete Account section.
 

Please note that:

Once deleted, all configurations, reports, and data associated with your account will be permanently removed from the platform and cannot be recovered.

Make sure to download or back up any important information before proceeding with deletion.
