Hosted Services Overview

You can now view, configure, and publish all your DNS records and statuses in one unified interface, eliminating the need to jump between different pages or tabs.

Hosted Services Overview: What It Does?

The Hosted Services Overview page brings all your DNS records and configuration statuses together in one simple, easy-to-navigate view.

Previously, users had to access each hosted feature individually to find or update their DNS records. Now, this section provides a consolidated snapshot of every hosted service under your domain — including: Hosted DMARC, PowerSPF, Hosted DKIM, Hosted BIMI and Hosted MTA-STS

Each feature’s configuration status is displayed in real-time with clear status indicators like:

  • Ready to Send – All records are properly configured and active.

  • Not Configured – DNS records are missing or incomplete.

  • Not Supported – The record or feature isn’t applicable to the domain.

This makes it effortless to track readiness, troubleshoot issues, and understand exactly what needs to be done to secure your email domain.

One-Click DNS Setup via “Add All DNS Records”

At the bottom of the Overview page, you’ll find the new “Add all DNS records” button — designed to make setup faster and more efficient than ever.

When clicked, this button automatically publishes all your hosted DNS records to your DNS provider in one go via Entri, eliminating the need for manual entry or copy-paste operations.

With just one click, all available hosted records (for DMARC, SPF, BIMI, and MTA-STS) are submitted and ready for validation. This saves time, reduces human error, and ensures consistent deployment across all hosted features.

Note: All records will be published automatically except for HostedDKIM if it hasn’t been configured yet. DKIM requires one extra step before you can publish — covered below.

Setting Up HostedDKIM Beforehand

Before using the “Add all DNS records” option, users must configure their DKIM selectors under the HostedDKIM section.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Navigate to HostedDKIM from the menu.

  2. Add your DKIM selectors under this section. Please refer to the HostedDKIM guide for detailed steps.

Once configured, the NS records for Hosted DKIM will appear automatically on the Overview page and will be included when you publish all DNS records through Entri.

If selectors aren’t added, Hosted DKIM will show as Not Configured, and its records will be skipped during publication.

What Happens After You Publish

Once you click “Add all DNS records,” PowerDMARC will automatically:

  • Send all eligible DNS records to your DNS provider through Entri.

  • Update each record’s status dynamically in the Hosted Services Overview.

  • Reflect configuration progress with clear visual indicators like “Ready to Send” or “Not Configured.”

This ensures you have full visibility into your domain’s hosted authentication setup from a single page — no more guessing or manually checking your DNS.

After completing the setup, you’ll see the page displayed as below.

Smarter, Simpler, and More Efficient DNS Management

The new Hosted Services Overview marks a major step forward in simplifying and automating DNS record management on PowerDMARC.

By combining:

  • A unified view of all hosted records and their real-time statuses,

  • One-click DNS publishing via Entri, and

  • Built-in visibility into record readiness and configuration progress,

PowerDMARC now makes it easier than ever to configure, verify, and monitor your domain’s email authentication setup with accuracy and confidence.

Whether you’re managing one domain or multiple, the Hosted Services Overview ensures you spend less time on manual DNS tasks and more time strengthening your email security posture — all from one clean, consolidated section.
