How to Publish DMARC Records on HostGator

1. Log in to your HostGator account and open your cPanel.

2. Go to the Domains section and click on Advanced DNS Zone Editor.

3. Click on the Add Record button and you’ll get the following form.

4. In the Name field, enter “_dmarc”.

5. In the Type field, select TXT as your record type.

6. Under TXT Data, enter the record sent to you by email or generated using our DMARC generator tool.

7. Click on Add Record to publish the DMARC record onto your DNS.

8. Check your published DMARC record.

Use our DMARC record lookup to validate your DMARC record. It will take between 24-72 hours for your DMARC deployment to become active.
