If you've forgotten your PowerDMARC password or simply wish to change it, you can reset it in just a few easy steps. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Step 1: Go to the Sign-In Page
Navigate to the PowerDMARC login page and click on "Forgot password?" under the password field.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
On the Reset your password page, enter your registered email address and click "Send Reset Instructions."
Step 3: Open the Reset Email
You’ll receive an email with a "Reset Password" button. Click the button to proceed. If the button doesn't work, you can also copy and paste the provided link into your browser.
Step 4: Set a New Password
- Create a strong password that meets the listed requirements.
- Enter the password again to confirm it, then click "Save password."
Step 5: Password Reset Confirmation
You’ll be redirected back to the login page with a green message confirming that your password has been reset. You can now log in with your new password.
Note on SAML SSO Users
If your organization uses SAML SSO for logging in, your password is managed by your Identity Provider (IdP) and not directly by PowerDMARC. This means subusers associated with such accounts are restricted to signing in only via SSO and do not have the ability to reset or use a PowerDMARC password. However, the main admin of the account retains the privilege to log in with a password, even if SSO is enabled for the organization.
