Okta SAML/SSO Setup Guide

This documentation describes the SAML Single Sign-on feature guide for the account/user. The document includes detailed steps for activating the SAML SSO feature and configuration steps for Okta. 

To get access to the SAML Single Sign-on for the account/user, the following steps should be completed:

  1. The subscription plan should support SAML Single Sign-on  

  2. The account should be active

  3. The super admin of the account and users should be active

 

SAML SSO Configuration Steps for Okta

  1. Login to the main user’s account

  2. Go to the settings and click the SAML Single Sign-on

  3. Click the Connect Identity Provider button

  1. On the opened page, type the connection name

  2. Copy the Entity ID and Assertion Consumer Service URL and add them to Okta IdP 

Note: Make sure your users are assigned to your application.

  1. Once URLs are added on the Okta and app creation is completed, the metadata information will be available

  2. Copy the link provided by Okta and paste it to the appropriate field on our portal 

  3. Enable or Disable the “Force IdP Re-authentication” option 

  4. Enable or Disable the “Prepopulate the User Email Address” option

  1. Click the Create Connection button

  2. Your connection is created!

Information about the SAML Single Sign-on Login Session

Okta requires the username for the 1st sign-in, then only the password and verification 2fa/password.
